How do I complete my annual review?
You can complete your annual review and review your investment strategy by following these steps:
1. Log in to www.sixpark.com.au and click on the 'Sign In' button at the top of the screen.
2. Enter the email address and password that you used to register your account.
3. Once you are logged in, click on the relevant account (either the account name or the ‘Select’ button).
4. You will then be required to confirm if your circumstances have changed or stayed the same. If they have changed, then you will be taken through the online risk assessment and will be prompted from there. You will need to accept a new Statement of Advice and MDA Agreement to finalise your review.
