How can I set up Two Factor Authentication (2FA)?
Two-factor authentication adds additional security protections to your account. If you're unfamiliar with two-factor authentication, we recommend reading this article from Authy.
Simply log in to your Six Park Account and click on your name at the top right of screen and select Settings from the dropdown menu. Select the Security tab or follow this link to set up your two-factor authentication.
Note: You will need to download an Authenticator App to your phone/computer eg. Google Authenticator or 1Password.
Then, press the 'Setup' button under the Authenticator application heading, scan the QR code with your Authenticator application, like Google Authenticator, 1Password or Authy and enable two-factor authentication by entering your existing password and pressing the 'Enable' button.
Once enabled, we will generate and show 5 recovery codes. These recovery codes allow you to access your account if you cannot access your Authenticator application. Please keep a note of these recovery codes, they will only be displayed once.
The next time you log in, we will prompt you to enter a one-time verification code from your Authenticator app or recovery code in addition to your email/password credentials.
